Not trying to sound "sexist", but I think that fact that she and I are both women, we appreciated the different outlook on what you're looking for in a home/neighborhood, and communication skills, that we have - in comparison to men. She treated me "as she would have liked to be treated by a buyer's agent", and I know that is her appealing/honest style - which I appreciated.
